Return & Refund Policy

At Toyigo.com, we want you to have a safe and satisfying shopping experience. Every product is inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with your order details.

Conditions

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with tags/labels intact.

Returns are not accepted for “change of mind” or minor packaging damage.

Customized or clearance/sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

If preferred, we can issue a credit note valid for 6 months, redeemable on our website.

Replacements

In case of defective or incorrect items, you may choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled by emailing support@toyigo.com

 within 12 hours of placing the order.

If your order is already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If you refuse delivery, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
