Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for making a smile in your baby’s face with toyigo.com. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you receive damaged or defective toy you may return it to us for a full refund or get it replaced with the new one under certain conditions.

Most of the purchased toys from toyigo.com are returnable within the given duration, except those that are mentioned as ‘not returnable’.

Please read below content for more information on our return policy.

Note: Damaged boxing or packaging will not be considered for refund

Returns

The purchased toys (or items) must be returned within 7 days after delivery. All returned toys must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Returns only considered for products found to be damaged within the packaging and other conditions might vary as per product category. Get in touch with customer support at support@toyigo.com 

Note for Electric Toys: Toys with remote and battery comes under Electric Toys. In case an electric toy is damaged due to a voltage issue after plugging it in, Toyigo.com is not responsible for the damaged product. Thus, returns and refunds cannot be processed in such scenarios.

Return Process

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your Toy, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 – 14 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For returned item/items, full refund is issued to the original payment method i.e. bank account, UPI ID, net banking, PayPal etc. with in with in 5 to 7 working days.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged toy, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund.

Note: For receiving a non-returnable item in a damaged/unsatisfactory condition, you can contact us within 24 hours from the delivery of the product.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order by emailing at support@toyigo.com or get in touch with our customer support at WhatsApp or Call +91 9063208347 for further assistance.

Note: In case you receive an item even after cancelling, you can just refuse to accept it. If Any amount is paid, will be refunded to your original payment method.

Your order will get cancelled instantly & a refund will be processed to your original payment method if the payment was made in advance.
