Shipping
 We offer free standard shipping across India. At present, we are not accepting Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Track Your Order
 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details.

Delivery Timelines
 Orders are typically delivered within 12–15 working days across India. For products with a different delivery schedule, the updated timeline will be mentioned on the product page. Please note that delays caused by logistics partners are outside our control. If you would like your order delivered by a particular date, please write to us at support@toyigo.com. Additional charges may apply.

Exchanges and Returns
 If you would like to exchange or return a toy, please email us at support@toyigo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.

  • Once received, our Quality Check team will inspect the product before approving an exchange or return.

  • Exchanges will be processed as per our regular shipping timelines.

  • Products purchased on Sale, customized products, or products purchased using credit notes are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Returns or exchanges sent without prior email confirmation will not be accepted.

All toys can be exchanged or returned in case of defects, subject to inspection.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection.

  • If preferred, we can also issue a credit note of the same value, valid for 6 months and redeemable on our website.

Cancellations
 Orders can be cancelled by emailing support@toyigo.com within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations depend on the order status. If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method or as a credit note, depending on your preference.
